Henrietta is a founding partner of Furthermore Media and NOTP, where she is editorial director. Concurrently, she is editor-at-large for Wallpaper* magazine, as well as columnist and editor for national newspapers and publications, including The Telegraph and British Airways Business Life magazine. She has published and curated several design books and exhibitions internationally, from the local (the annual 100% Norway exhibition) to the international (Everything Forever Now with the British Council), to the epic (Henrietta worked with the British Government as lead programme curator for the Great Festival of Creativity in Shanghai).
Ed Padmore

Co-founder

Ed is co-founder of Furthermore Media (NOTP's holding company) and has 14 years' experience in the IT industry working for companies including the BBC, BP, Cadbury, Deloitte and FirstGroup. Ed is NOTP’s director of operations and also owns the photo digitizing company Vintage Photo Lab.
Christian Salez
Chairman

Christian has a wealth of experience in the advertising and luxury sectors and has held several CEO positions, most notably for TBWA Belgium, bpost (Belgian Post), Delvaux and Bulo. Christian holds several other advisory positions for companies in the luxury and start-up arenas and joined Furthermore Media as Chairman in January 2015.

Yoko Choy
Hong Kong-born Yoko Choy is a multilingual writer and editor, who specialises in lifestyle and design publications. Her work has been published in more than 20 international titles. Now based in Amsterdam, Yoko is also a communications consultant working for fairs, events, brands and creatives and currently represents Mario Testino in Asia.
Johanna Derry
Johanna Derry is a journalist and editor. A regular contributor to The Guardian, The Telegraph, Stylist, and Vice among others, her specialist subjects are food and travel. A true Northerner at heart, Johanna runs a true-storytelling night in London, and is never happier than when foraging across the British countryside.
Lauren Ho
Lauren Ho is a design and travel writer, consultant and the travel editor of Wallpaper*. She grew up in South Africa, but is now based in London and has spent the past 13 years travelling the world. Apart from being a self-confessed hotel junkie, she also thinks about food. A lot. Which is a good thing, considering her job is also to review restaurants.
Carli Humphries
Carli is a writer with particular expertise in digital communications and content creation for brands in the luxury lifestyle sector. Carli was the Brand Editor for Mulberry for six years, where she developed a passion for British heritage storytelling and a somewhat out of control collection of handbags. Never afraid of having an opinion, Carli has written on the subjects of luxury, craftsmanship and digital marketing for titles including The Guardian, Stylus and Hole & Corner.
Lakshmi Bhaskaran
Lakshmi has almost 20 years’ experience working in the design industry with companies such as D&AD and the Design Council, and is also the author of five design books, including Designs of the Times, which was published in more than ten languages. Lakshmi is the co-founder of Bark Furniture and when not writing, she can be found busy designing and making bespoke furniture in their workshop in north Cornwall.
